Who we are

Your account

• Age. You are 16 or older.
• One person, one account. Your account is yours alone, in your own name, and what you tell us about yourself is true.
• Keeping it safe. You keep your password to yourself, and tell us through Support if you think somebody else has used your account.
• Leaving. You can delete your account at any time, from your settings.

Fair practice

A grade here is only worth something if everybody earns theirs the same way, so:

• Your own work. What you submit for a grade is your own. An assessment is sat under one rule, which you agree to before each sitting begins: “Sit it alone. Documentation is allowed; AI assistants and help from anyone else are not.” While you sit it, the workspace keeps a record of how each answer was made, as the privacy notice describes.
• Assessments stay sealed. You do not copy, publish, share or sell the problems an assessment sets, or answers to them.
• Nothing around the edges. The sandbox is there to run your answer and nothing else. You do not try to get around a limit, a grade, a sitting’s clock or the sandbox, reach anybody else’s account or data, or load the site so hard that it fails for others. If you find a way round something, tell us through Support rather than using it.
• No scraping. You do not copy the catalogue — its problems, briefs, data or solutions — in bulk, by hand or by program.

What you post

• It stays yours. By posting in a problem’s discussion you let us show what you wrote there, to everybody who opens the problem, for as long as it is up. It goes when you delete it or your account.
• Be decent. No harassment, hate, spam, other people’s personal details, or anything unlawful. Anybody can report a post; an operator decides whether it stays, and one that breaks these terms is removed.

Grades and credentials

• Graded by a program. Grades are worked out by a program and can be wrong. If you think one is, ask for a person to look at it through Support.
• What a credential says. That its holder passed the assessment it names, on the day it names. It is Kharita’s own, not a qualification from a state or a university.
• Revoking one. A credential earned by breaking these terms can be revoked, and only by a person who has looked at how it was earned — never by a program alone. A revoked or expired credential says so, on the page that checks it, to anybody who looks.

The mentor

The mentor’s replies are written by an AI model and can be wrong. It is there to teach, not to answer for you: check what it says against the documentation it points you to.

Our content

The problems, their briefs and solutions, and the site itself are ours or used with permission, and the datasets keep the licences of their sources, which their problems state. Use them to learn here; do not republish them.

The service

• As it is. Kharita is free to use and offered as it is. It changes as it grows. We work to keep it running and your record safe, but cannot promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• Limits. How many questions you may ask the mentor, and how large a class may be, are set by the people who run the site and shown where they apply.
• Closing an account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless the law or somebody’s safety stops us.
• Responsibility. We are not responsible for losses you could not reasonably have expected, or for what others decide on the strength of your record. Nothing here takes away a right the law where you live gives you and does not let an agreement remove.

Changes

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after a change means you accept it; if you do not, you can delete your account.
