Roles and permissions
Four roles — owner, admin, interviewer and viewer — and exactly what each one can do in a workspace.
Updated
Team workspaces are opened on request. Ask for one; this is how it works once yours is open.
The four roles
- Owner
- Everything, including the workspace itself and who else is an owner.
- Admin
- Builds assessments, uploads data, authors challenges, manages the team.
- Interviewer
- Sends assessments to candidates and reads the results.
- Viewer
- Reads results. Changes nothing.

Good to know
- A role applies to one workspace: the same person can be an owner in one and a viewer in another.
- The rail shows only the sections your role can use; one you cannot use is a page not found.
- What each role can do, on the Team page, says the same inside the workspace.
