Questions teams ask
Short answers to what hiring teams ask most: AI, feedback during the test, retakes, time-outs and your data.

Team workspaces are opened on request. Ask for one; this is how it works once yours is open.
Can candidates use AI?
No. Every sitting is sat alone, with documentation allowed and no AI assistant or help from anyone, and candidates agree to that before they start. The sitting record notes how each answer was made so you can read the scorecard with that in mind; it never decides anything by itself.
Do candidates see whether they got a problem right during the test?
No. Each submission says only that it was recorded. They see their score and a skill report by section and problem once they hand in.
Can a candidate sit it twice?
One invitation is one sitting. Invite the same address again once they have completed, or once the link has lapsed.
What happens when the time runs out?
The assessment submits itself if its page is open; if not, it is closed and scored the next time they open it. Nothing sent after the deadline counts, and a problem with no answer scores zero.
Can we use problems from the public catalogue?
Yes, beside your own. Bear in mind that anyone can practise a public problem, and its worked solutions are in its discussion: problems on your own data are the stronger test. SQL problems come from the catalogue only.
Does Kharita email our candidates?
No. You copy each invitation's link and send it yourself, so it arrives from somebody the candidate knows.
Where is our data?
Your datasets, problems and candidates' answers stay in the workspace. A dataset is served only to its members, and to a candidate during a sitting that uses it — never from a public address.
